Please note that due to the nature of the majority of our products being timber, vintage or handmade imperfections such as cracks and variances in the colour of the timber are not considered as a fault and returns will need to be assessed on a case by case basis.

We will only offer a refund for faulty goods.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to notify T & C Furniture within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Please choose carefully as we will not refund if you change your mind or make the wrong decision.  You have 7 days to return an item from the day of purchase in it’s original packaged condition.  If the item is not returned in the same condition that it was received T & C Furniture reserve the right to deny a credit or exchange for the item.

Please note that our 7 day return/exchange policy does not apply to furniture.  Furniture items cannot be exchanged or returned.  However, if we deem that the item can be returned there will be a 10% restocking fee applied.
